Tucked away in the scenic foothills of the Brooks mountain range, far above the Arctic Circle, we offer lodging for the vigorous adventurer or the traveler seeking a private hide away to relax.

Both summer and winter seasons deliver diverse and beautiful encounters with the Koyukuk river region. The aurora borealis, or northern lights dance across our winter skies, visible right from the windows of our cozy cabins! The summer sunlight gives endless hours for exploration, hiking and sightseeing.

Our convenient location just north of Coldfoot, Alaska, adjacent to the Dalton Highway, offers a great resting point if you are journeying north to the Arctic Ocean and expansive Arctic coastal plains.

2013 is reported to be an outstanding year for viewing and photographing the northern lights due to the solor maximum cycle of the sun. Our cabins are beautifully situated amongst the mountain offering great northern lights viewing and photography.
