To confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit. In the event of a change in plans our refund policy is below:

Summer Season: May - September: Refunds are gladly given if cancellation is made within two weeks of the reservation date.
Winter Season: October - April: Deposits are non-refundable due to operational difficulties intrinsic to winter weather in the arctic.

SUMMER: NIGHTLY CABIN RATES (May - September)

Wolverine cabin (sleeps two): $105 USD per night
Aurora cabin (sleeps four): $190 USD per night
Koyukuk cabin (sleeps four): $210 USD per night

WINTER: NIGHTLY CABIN RATES (October - April)

Wolverine cabin (sleeps two): $120 USD per night
Aurora cabin (sleeps four): $220 USD per night
Koyukuk cabin (sleeps four): $245 USD per night

Check in time between 4:00-9:00PM (please notify us if you will be arriving after 9:00PM)
Although not guaranteed, early check in is often possible.
Check out time 11:00AM
